The simple details
How do payments work?
Your membership is paid monthly by standing order, set up with a team member, and runs for a twelve month term.
What if I miss a payment?
We will be in touch to arrange it, and member benefits may be paused until your account is up to date.
Can I change my membership?
You can move up to a higher membership at any time. Moving to a lower membership is looked at individually, depending on the treatments you have already had that year, and otherwise applies from your next renewal.
Can I cancel part way through?
Memberships run for a minimum of twelve months. If you need to cancel early, please speak to us and we will talk you through your options.
What if I do not use all my treatments?
Your treatments are planned across the year, so we recommend booking ahead to enjoy everything included.
Is my membership just for me?
Yes. Memberships and their benefits are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

The LYON Circle opens by invitation. Join us for a private open day where we will walk you through the memberships in full, the structure, the care and everything included. Choose an afternoon or evening session, secure your spot with a £20 booking fee, redeemable against retail.
